Updates and reprices a shipment draft.

## Prerequisites

- The shipment must be `PENDING`.
- It must have no linked payments, quotations, proforma data, or automatic returns.
- The updated shipment must meet the current service and pickup-date requirements.

## Behavior

- Updates the address snapshots and packages and recalculates the price.
- Omitted `customerReference` and `deliveryNote` values are cleared.
- An inline receiver is saved to the address book.
- The draft stays `PENDING`; updating does not request booking.
- `409 CONFLICT` includes `errors.currentStatus` when the shipment status blocks the update.
