Retrieves shipment status, stored details, package tracking, and label readiness.

## Behavior

- Reads do not reprice the shipment. Saved-address updates do not change its snapshots.
- A `FAILED` shipment includes a failure code and message.
- Read this endpoint after booking to observe background progress.
